Relieve Holiday Stress



     While the holiday season is prime time for family, fun and excitement, this special time of year also brings increased activity, added financial pressure, colder temperatures and more headaches.

This is especially true in the older population as they adjust to family being scattered, having lost loved ones and friends, and age creep taking over.

All of these factors contribute to increased strain on our bodies and minds. During this hectic season, we need to take some time out to do something good for ourselves. Exercise is the most practical thing to help relieve tension and enjoy the season a little more.

Don't Mess with Women who Read

A couple goes on vacation to a fishing resort in northern Minnesota. The husband likes to fish at the crack of dawn, while the wife likes to read.

Tips for cleaning hairs from a razor


Do you use an electric or battery operated dry razor?  Don't you hate trying to clean the tiny hairs out of it?  

I got tired of having to take the blades apart, cleaning them and trying to get them put back together and aligned.....

I learned a trick to clean out my Norelco, but I imagine it will work just as well on non-rotary razors.

One day the arrives home looking downcast.  "That’s it," he tells his wife.  "I’m giving up golf.  My eyesight has gotten so bad.  Once I’ve hit the ball, I can’t see where it went."
